Wi-Fi Hour Meter

Developed to monitor and transmit via WI-FI.

The WI-FI Hour Meter is equipped with an internal DATALOGGER with a real-time clock, internal lithium battery, and large internal memory capacity – up to 64 GB. This allows for autonomy and a large storage capacity (up to 900 million records), with a resolution of up to 300 milliseconds per reading.

Due to these innovative features, the Wi-Fi Hour Meter can retain all recorded data in its memory for up to 20 years, even if there is no internet signal. That is, it also works uninterruptedly without internet and can transmit its archived data through the Wi-Fi signal it generates internally to any notebook or mobile phone after synchronization and pairing.

When internet is available, data transmission, which is in txt format, can also occur via email, internet browser, or even FTP transmission. These 3 characteristics make the Wi-Fi Hour Meter fully integrated, automatically, with any ERP system or maintenance software, allowing for the automation of preventive and corrective maintenance, production order starts, and various other functions that previously depended on human recording and reading, which generates various errors, delays, inconsistencies, and imperfections in the industrial process where the Hour Meter is mechanical or digital.
